Leave the A1(M) at junction 47 and join the A59 signposted Harrogate until you reach Knaresborough, (about 4 miles - 6 kilometres). From the town centre take the B6165 signposted Pateley Bridge/Ripley Castle. WATERGATE HAVEN is approximately 0.5 km on the left opposite Scriven Park. |

The mainline railway stations at Leeds and York are connected to a frequent commuter service, which call at the railway stations at Harrogate and Knaresborough. |

By sea. |

Ferry ports are at Hull, Newcastle and Dover. Also at Dover, London and Ashford in Kent are terminals for the Channel Tunnel. |
