BOOKING DEPOSITS: A Credit-Card guarentee or refundable deposit is required. Minimum value of a deposit - Self-Catering - £50, Bed & Breakfast & Caravans - cost of 1 night’s stay, Any balance due is payable upon arrival.

We will confirm that a firm booking has been accepted or, if unable to accept, we will return any deposit in full.

When booking “on-line” a Credit Card guarantee is required at the time of booking. You will not be charged a deposit prior to your arrival. The Credit Card is used to guarantee your accommodation and payment should be made in person when you arrive.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payments can be made in cash (do not send cash through the post), by cheque (with cheque guarantee card), Sterling Travellers Cheque or with most major Credit Cards. We reserve the right to pass on the cost of any bank charges/commission due as a result of currency conversion, payment processing etc. A handling fee of 2.5% is added to Credit Card transactions.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE: The accommodation is available from 4.00pm. on the day of arrival (if arriving earlier, luggage can be stored). Accommodation is to be vacated by 10.00am. on the day of departure.

CANCELLATION: Once a firm booking has been made, the full cost of the accommodation is payable on demand. Should the visitor wish to cancel the booking please inform us at the earliest opportunity. We will endeavour to re-let the accommodation and if successful, the amount due will be limited to only the value of any additional expenses incurred.

Bed & Breakfast accommodation booked “on-line”. Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation, a cancellation fee will not be charged, providing you either notify us or cancel “on-line” no later than 4.00pm. on the day of arrival.

In the event of a no-show or cancellation after 4.00pm., we reserve the right to charge one night’s room rate.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE: For holidaymakers wishing to protect themselves from the possibility of unforeseen events preventing them from taking up the accommodation, we recommend that holiday-insurance is obtained (for more details please see our booking form).

PUBLIC LIABILITY: Whilst every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, the use of the accommodation and amenities is entirely at the visitors own risk. No responsibility is accepted for any injury, loss or damage to the visitor or their belongings including any vehicle and its contents. This statement does not seek to limit statutory rights.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: We will make every effort to meet any special requirements or requests, however, no guarantee can be given.

COMPLAINTS: In the unlikely event of a complaint, please bring the full details to our attention as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the matter to everyone’s satisfaction. In the event of an irresolvable issue, we reserve the right to refer the matter to the English Tourist Council, or their appointed agent, for full and final arbitration.
