The organisation is led by Sheila Durie, who has over 25 years experience in these sectors, recognised in Scotland as a researcher, business planner and trainer with significant expertise in social enterprise and mental health and employment issues.

We are committed to finding innovative solutions to social issues and using business principles and approaches to help third sector organisations achieve their goals.

We wish to promote social entrepreneurship and sustainable development, and support people with long-standing mental health difficulties to realise their employment aspirations.
