We are a small consultancy organisation, and as such, can offer a bespoke service to clients. We believe that effective solutions, and business plans, can only be developed through dialogue and discussion with clients, and by really understanding the context in which clients are operating.

We take on work that interests us, where we can bring innovative thinking, problem solving and a practical approach to developing new social enterprises or services. We are interested in developing community responses to a wide range of social, economic and environmental issues.

We work across Scotland, in other parts of the UK and in Europe. Sheila takes personal responsibility for every project, bringing her years of experience, and her networks, to bear on behalf of clients.

We work with a small group of Associates, who have specialist skills or expertise, and who share a commitment to the types of work our clients are engaged in.
