Our rates are dependant upon your length of stay, type of room, time year, and number of people staying in a room. A guideline price however would be between £25-£45 per person per night.
Our rates are inclusive of breakfast, service, and UK tax (currently
17.5%). Breakfast is served in our dining room between the hours of:

Our standard check out time is 11:30am on the day of departure.
Guarantee
Once we have accepted your reservation, we require
a valid credit card number (together with its expiry date, name as it appears
on the card and a billing address) to guarantee your booking against
cancellation. Please note nothing is debited from the card unless a
cancellation takes place by you.
Cancellation/Amendment
If you have to cancel or amend your
reservation once confirmed, then charges will apply as follows:
| Outside 7 days of arrival | £25 cancellation charge |
| Within 7 days of arrival | First night accommodation charge |
| Within 24 hours of arrival | Full amount for the full duration booked |
Please note that at busy times of the year and occasionally at weekends, we reserve the right to change these cancellation/amendment conditions - details upon request.
We strongly advise that suitable travel insurance is purchased to cover these cancellation/amendment charges.
Minimum Stay requirements
At busy times of the year and
almost always at weekends, we have a minimum stay policy in force. These will
vary from 2 nights at the weekend and can be sometimes as much as 5 days during
conference times and the busy Summer months.
Arrival
As we are only a small establishment, it would assist
us in planning if we have you intended arrival time (a flight will also help if
you are flying in on that day). Generally we are here from 0730-2230 during the
week, on Saturday between 0800-1400 and then 1700-2000 and Sunday 0900-1400
only. Arrivals outside these hours are strictly by appointment.
