We will credit the full current retail value of your Campaign Audio Design cable against another Campaign Audio Design cable of the same or higher value. The following conditions apply;

The cable is in perfect condition.
The cable is less than one year old.
You can provide us with the original receipt.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your new cable, within 21 days, we will reverse the sale. That is, if you return the cables (at your own expense), we will return your original cable and refund any monies due.

Upgrade Service 2

If your cable is more that one year old, we will credit 50% of the current retail value of your Campaign Audio Design cable against another Campaign Audio Design cable of the same or higher value. The following conditions apply;

The cable is in very good condition.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your new cable, within 21 days, we will reverse the sale. That is, if you return the cables (at your own expense), we will return your original cable and refund any monies due.
