Question:  Could you cope with a project that is too large for a single consultant?

Answer:  Yes! I have a large network of associates so I can usually find good consultants with a wide range of skills to join me on a project.  If this is the best way to get your project done, not only will I find suitable consultants, but I’ll take responsibility for managing them all so you will not have to worry about it.  Perhaps more importantly, if I cannot find the right people, I’ll tell you immediately so I don’t waste your time.

Question:  Are you prepared to work abroad?

Answer:  Yes I am, subject to duration and agreement on terms.  As a guide, I expect expenses to be similar to those multinational companies pay their executives.

Question:  We are starting a major project.  We have enough people but we are not sure they have enough experience.  Could you help?

Answer:  Yes.  We would need to discuss your needs in some detail but I could either mentor key staff, run training sessions or project initiation workshops or take a role on the project.

Question:  We need to replace our IT manager but we are not sure what level we should pitch the job at or if our present IT organisation is sound.  What would you advise?

Answer:  I would be happy to review your needs against your current organisation and recommend an appropriate structure.  If you wish, I could also run the department in the meantime to ensure there is a smooth transition.
